Seeking and understanding one's beliefs about a Higher Power (God, Great Mystery, Divine Presence, Voice Within, Sacred Feminine...) can fill a lifetime's journey. It is by asking questions along the way that we become open to growth and transformation.

Spiritual Director is the term most commonly used for practitioners, such as myself, who provide a space for compassionate listening, presence and attentiveness to persons seeking insight in their spiritual journey. It is my belief that individuals are the holders of their own best answers and find honest direction as they explore the truth within. I do not profess to have “the” answers or presume to know what “direction” may resonate with you. I do, however, have a keen sixth sense and offer a safe environment and an open, willing heart to listen alongside those who seek discernment, as they ask their own questions.

I consider myself a life long learner and thus my professional and personal development continues through ongoing enrichment programs. My passion in spiritual formation training focuses on incorporating expressive arts (music, movement, writing and visual arts) into my practice. For interested individuals, I am delighted to offer art experiences in our sessions to enhance access to your own personal wisdom by engaging both left and right-brain in the process.
